The Chris is a dark brown single monk strap on a sole built for real days. One buckle, a clean closed throat, a near-black brown burnished by hand at the toe and heel for depth. Made in a workshop in Almansa, Goodyear welted by our artisans, one pair at a time. Beneath the leather sits a discreet high-density rubber half-sole: grip on wet ground, a sole that wears slower, the serious look intact.

The single monk that behaves like black, set up for the street. Charcoal or navy, dry or wet — the shoe handles it.
