Shipping policy

We'd like to make it easy for you to experience Cobbler Union. That's why we're currently offering free ground shipping (2-5 business days) & free returns within the continental US on all of our shoes. Shoe care and accessories orders over $75 are also eligible for free shipping. If you'd prefer express or overnight delivery, you can select your desired option during the checkout process. All shipping options require a signature at delivery.

If your order is "IN-STOCK" it will be packaged and dispatched next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. We'll also notify you via phone or email if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

You are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If package goes missing after our shipping carrier has "declared" it delivered, we cannot be held responsible.

Please note that all products purchased as "PRE-ORDER" are shipped to you as soon they are finished in production.
