The 722 is our sharpest last: a long chisel toe and a low, taut profile, with no extra volume in the toe box. That clean line is the reason to wear it — and it depends on the shoe holding your foot. When it doesn't, you feel it at the heel first.
This set fine-tunes the fit without changing size. Two pairs: the blue, 3.3 mm (0.13"), for a light correction; the brown, 4.8 mm (0.19"), for a fuller one. Both are cut to the pattern of the 722 — the long, tapered toe included — in your size and width, so they lie flat right to the tip and hold their place without glue. The material is Dry Alive™, a microfiber eight times more breathable than calf leather, and resistant to odor.
Use them if you ordered half a size up in D for a little extra width, when the leather has relaxed after months of wear, or if one foot runs smaller than the other: one insole, one side. On a last this precise, start with the blue — a few millimeters go a long way.
The line stays sharp. The fit stays yours.
