The Arthur is a cognac full brogue Oxford — the most decorated dress shoe in the warmest color, on a sole that goes anywhere. Closed lacing, a full wingtip, brogued perforations along every seam, in a reddish tan that catches the light. The upper is top-grade European calfskin, the cognac built up by hand: burnished deeper at the toe and heel so it glows between amber and copper as the light moves, the broguing catching it across every panel. It's built on the 675 last — almond toe, comfortable fit. Made by our artisans in a workshop in Almansa, Goodyear welted one pair at a time. Beneath it sits a deep-lugged commando sole: real traction, a confident stance, a touch more height.

Put it under tweed, brown tailoring, or autumn denim and the warm color and the broguing arrive together. The most ornate Oxford, in the most characterful color, on the most capable sole.
