The D'Annonay dark brown is hand-burnished, built up deeper at the toe and heel so the color shifts rather than sitting flat, across the single continuous plane of the upper: no seam to interrupt it, just the tonal movement of a well-finished dark brown from a tannery that has made leather this way for generations. Here the Miquel is built on the 357 last — a square chisel-toe with a spectacular silhouette and extra comfort at the ball of the foot. Beneath it, a Vibram Morflex sole: ultra-light, delivering sneaker-level comfort with the look of a formal shoe. Goodyear welted by our artisans, one pair at a time, in a workshop in Almansa.
