The Vincent is a navy wholecut Oxford — the formal shoe that goes where a black shoe is expected and does something more interesting. One piece of leather in a deep inky blue, no seam to break the surface. The upper is top-grade European calfskin, the navy built up by hand and burnished deeper at the toe and heel so it shifts between midnight and ink as the light moves — and on a wholecut, that movement plays out across the full plane of the upper, a single surface of color that's never quite the same color twice. What sets this version apart is the 722 last: long and lean with a chisel toe, the sleekest line in the range. Made by our artisans in a workshop in Almansa, Goodyear welted by hand. A full leather sole keeps it dressy.
