Navy Leather Loafer

The Peter is a navy loafer in Blue Alaska leather — a limited-edition slip-on in one of the rarest calfskins a man can own. Blue Alaska comes from the D'Annonay tannery in France, the same house Hermès draws on: a deep, inky navy with a clarity and depth of color that only a tannery at this level produces. No laces, a clean low-cut vamp, the leather burnished by hand so the navy shifts between midnight and ink as the light moves. Beneath it sits a lightweight rubber sole — comfort and grip on a slim dress profile. Made by our artisans in a workshop in Almansa.

Put it under gray flannel, pale linen, or denim and let the leather do the work — this is a color and a calf most men will never see in person, let alone own. A limited edition in a Hermès-grade leather, on a slip-on built to wear every day.

Few men know this leather. Fewer still own it. That's rather the point.
