The Benjamin is a cognac Chelsea boot in Italian Museum calfskin from Ilcea — the European profile, in the famous Museum Calf, whose finish is made at the tannery, not printed on. At the Ilcea tannery, dyes are layered onto the wet hide so the cognac glows between amber and copper and shifts with the light, no two pieces the same. Elastic side gores, a low pull tab, a clean line on the soft-square Ritz last. Made by our artisans in a workshop in Almansa, Goodyear welted by hand. A full leather sole keeps it dressy.
