OUR RESERVATION PROCESS

If your size in a particular style is sold out, reserving it now is the fastest way for you to get your desired shoes upon its completion in Spain. 

Should your size not be available, the option to reserve it will appear. Simply select RESERVE NOW on your desired product page and proceed to checkout like normal. 

We launch new small-batches of shoes every month. So how quickly we can get you your reserved shoes depends on how far along in production your shoe is. Building a shoe from scratch generally takes around 90 to 120 days; however, if the shoe is near completion we can get it to you in about 20 days. Email hello@cobbler-union.com for an estimated time of arrival for a particular size and style you are looking to reserve.

• Limited Edition styles cannot be reserved since we have no current plans to make more of these shoes.

• We only carry stock in sizes ranging from 6UK/7US to 12UK/13US. If you wear a shoe smaller or larger than these sizes, don't worry...just email us at hello@cobbler-union.com. 

• Please note that full payment is required at the time of ordering a reserved shoe. However, there is no additional charge for a reservation with Cobbler Union. Unworn, undamaged reserved shoes can be exchanged for another model or returned for a store credit.
