Francis Brown Double Monk Strap - 722

You'll find a brown double monk strap easier to place than an Oxford and harder to ignore. Two buckles, no laces, a clean closed throat, in a warm mid-brown that sits with gray, navy, and tan without choosing between them. The upper is top-grade European calfskin, the brown built up by hand: burnished deeper at the toe and heel so the color shifts between chestnut and tobacco as the light moves. Underneath, the Francis runs on the 722 last — long and lean with a slight chisel toe, the sleekest line in the range. Made by our artisans in a workshop in Almansa, Goodyear welted, one pair at a time. A full leather sole keeps it dressy.
