We hope this message finds you well. We want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and loyalty over the years.

As you are aware, businesses across the globe continue to face significant challenges related to inflation and supply chain disruptions. Most recently, the current administration has imposed an additional 10% tariff on certain imported European goods, including our shoes.These new tariffs, coupled with lingering inflation from the Covid era, have put considerable pressure on our costs.

Despite these challenges, our commitment remains the same: to offer you world-class craftsmanship and timeless design at fair and accessible prices. Rather than simply passing these increased costs on to you, we’ve taken decisive and creative steps to protect the value you’ve come to expect from Cobbler Union.

We’ve shifted our production and supply chain strategy to begin shipping directly from our factories in Spain to your doorstep whenever possible.This new model not only helps us avoid some of the cost increases caused by tariffs but also enables us to continue offering some of the most competitive prices in the industry. While this change may add a few additional days to delivery times, we believe it’s a small tradeoff to ensure our products remain affordable without compromising on quality.

Now more than ever, we appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate these changes. We are incredibly grateful to have such a passionate and loyal community.
