  • Express Options: If you're in a bit of a hurry or have a special occasion coming up, you can choose express or overnight delivery at checkout.
  • Timely Dispatch: Orders that are "IN-STOCK" get our immediate attention! We package them with love and dispatch them the next business day. And yes, every order will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring its safety.
  • Stay Updated: We believe in keeping you in the loop. Once your order ships out, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number. And if there's any delay for unforeseen reasons, we'll reach out to you via phone or email.
  • Secure Delivery: It's vital that your delivery location is secure. We ensure that our carrier confirms the delivery, but after that, if a package goes missing, we're unable to take responsibility.
  • Pre-Order Details: For products marked as "PRE-ORDER", patience is a virtue. We'll ship them to you freshly made, straight from production.
  • Special Note for Alaska & Hawaii: We’re thrilled to serve our customers in Alaska and Hawaii! However, please note there's a shipping charge of $30 for orders to these states.

  • Returns from Customs: If you choose to decline your order at customs and have it sent back to us, the shipping costs will be subtracted from any refund due.
  • Secure Deliveries: Your security is our priority. All orders need a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Kindly provide a location where someone can sign for the package. If an order goes missing post-delivery, we're unable to take responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to adore every pair you receive from Cobbler Union. If you find they're not a perfect match for you, we've set up a hassle-free return process to make things easy. Here's a quick guide on how it works:

  • If you purchased the $3.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $3.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product. This courtesy is extended for the contiguous US states.
  • Return Window: Kindly ensure your returns or exchanges are made within 30 days from delivery, with the items in an unworn, pristine condition ready for a new home.
  • Handling with Care: We know you'll treat your new items with all the love they deserve.
    The product must be brand new & in an unworn resalable condition.(Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface). Please ensure they are returned in their original dust bags and shoe boxes. For added protection, place the shoebox inside an outer shipping box.
  • Restocking Fee: We pour heart and soul into every product to meet your expectations. If a product is returned, we undertake multiple checks to maintain our quality standards. Due to these processes, a minimal restocking fee of $15 is applied to returns, ensuring we continue offering you exceptional products.
  • Last Call and Factory Outlet Items: These special items can be exchanged. If you opt for a return, there's a restocking fee of $25, and you'll receive only store credit as the refund.
  • Special Notes: Items from our Outlet and marked as Final Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, for health reasons, opened socks cannot be returned. Made-to-order, customized items, and gift cards are also exempt from returns.
  • Refunds: We'll promptly process refunds, covering the product price and any taxes. However, do note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A Few Exceptions:

  • Health standards mean we can't accept returns on socks once they've been opened.
  • Our made-to-order, custom-crafted pieces, and gift cards are exclusive and can't be returned.

Shipping Clarifications:

  • We can't shoulder return or exchange shipping fees from international or non-continental US locations. However, for your convenience, we provide an option to purchase a UPS/FedEx Return Label from us.

  • We stand by every design, including those on Sale and in our Outlet. These too can be returned or exchanged within our 30-day window. Exchanges for Sale items depend on size availability.
